We had a family vacation here with my cousin, and the rooftop pool was amazing! It was a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The breakfast was a highlight, with fresh fruit and even sparkling wine. Staff were very attentive too.
In my kids’ opinion, the jacuzzi could use some improvement as it wasn’t working during our stay.

The kitchenette was a fantastic addition, allowing us to
prepare some meals with fresh local ingredients. The rooftop pool had a beautiful view, but the street noise was a bit distracting at times. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but a soundproofing upgrade would improve it significantly.

A Perfect Getaway with Exceptional Service
My partner and I enjoyed a lovely week in our Junior Suite. The rooftop pool offered stunning views, perfect for sunset lounging. Staff members were genuinely helpful, even assisting us with local dining recommendations. Don't miss the nearby restaurants for authentic Madeiran cuisine!

Oh, the food scene around Terrace Mar Suite is a real gem! I couldn't get enough of the nearby Casa das Espetadas with their delicious skewers. Crisp and fresh pastries from Pastelaria e Padaria Momentus made for the perfect pick-me-up. Plus, our Junior Suite made cozy mornings extra special with a quiet balcony view. Check out the rooftop pool, it's a delightful way to unwind after your culinary adventures!
However, I did have some ants crashing the party in our room, but the staff jumped on it quickly. The nighttime ambiance outside was a bit too lively for my taste, with dark hallways not helping the situation. It’s like trying to sleep at a festival, even earplugs couldn’t save me!

The Terrace Mar Suite offered a very convenient location for my business needs, as it was close to local restaurants and commerce. The room was spacious with a kitchenette that allowed for easy meal prep, and the rooftop pool provided a great area to unwind after meetings. The breakfast selection was excellent, featuring fresh pastries and quality coffee.
The only downside was minor street noise during the day.

The Junior Suite was spacious and comfy, with a nice balcony for morning coffee. It had everything we needed—like a kitchenette with fridge and microwave. Housekeeping did a great job, changing towels daily. The only downside was the noise from the street, but closing the doors helped. Overall, a solid stay!

Outstanding staff service, really appreciated!
Our stay was marred by several frustrating issues. The kitchen in our room lacked sharp knives, making it almost impossible to prepare a decent meal. To add to that, the elevator moved so roughly that it felt like a roller coaster ride. Noise from the hallways and persistent clinging sounds from the elevator disrupted any semblance of peace. Furthermore, there was a serious lack of free parking, which was quite inconvenient.

Enjoyed a spacious junior suite with a lovely kitchenette and comfortable beds. The rooftop pool area was serene with plenty of space, making it a great spot to unwind. Breakfast featured local fruits and even Prosecco, which was a delightful surprise. On the downside, the breakfast options were fairly simple, and the jacuzzi, while nice, was quite small for busy times.
